Privacy policy
This page explains what data this website receives, how NotDev uses its internal LinkedIn integration and how to contact us about privacy.
Data submitted through contact
The form asks for your name, email address and message. We use this data to respond to your request, assess the needs you describe and continue the conversation initiated by the data subject.
Controller and grounds for processing
NotDev is responsible for decisions about the data received on this website. We process data to respond to requests from data subjects, take steps related to a potential engagement and maintain the security and operation of the website. Questions can be sent to contato@notdev.com.br.
Sharing and purpose
Data is processed by the technical providers used to host the website, measure its usage and deliver messages, including Vercel, Google and the email provider configured by NotDev. Some providers may process data outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards in their contracts and policies. Do not send confidential information or information unnecessary for initial contact through the form.
Retention and security
Messages and related records are retained for as long as needed to respond to the contact, document the conversation and meet applicable obligations. The period may vary depending on whether the relationship continues. NotDev applies technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service, but no internet-connected environment eliminates all risks.
Data subject requests
To confirm processing or request access, correction, portability, anonymization, restriction, deletion or information about sharing, write to contato@notdev.com.br. You may also challenge a decision, withdraw consent when it is the applicable basis and lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Your request may require enough information to locate and verify the data involved.
Internal LinkedIn integration
NotDev is developing an internal integration to publish previously approved text and links on its own LinkedIn Page. The implemented feature sends the text and Page identifier to LinkedIn and receives the post identifier. When sharing a link, it also sends its approved URL, title and description. It does not query member profiles or audience statistics.
The integration uses LinkedIn access authorization. New credentials obtained through the authorization flow remain in the memory of the running process; NotDev also manages a local credential configuration. Approved text, identifiers, links and publication results may appear in operational records and in the history of tools used in the workflow.
Eduardo Chiminazzo Cagol is responsible for the privacy of this integration. Requests can be sent to contato@notdev.com.br. The local deletion procedure covers integration records and blocks its use during disconnection. Reviewing a request also requires consideration of credentials, histories, exports and backups; local deletion does not establish that these other copies have been removed. Revoking application access does not automatically delete posts already published on LinkedIn.
Updates
This policy should be reviewed when the website’s practices, providers or features change materially.
